Mohamed Al Balushi
Chief of the chapter, he is the principal spokesperson for the society and represents it. Assumes all responsibilities not delegated to any members. Ensures that the board of directors and their committees are adhering to their respective tasks.

Nicola Cardena
Works with the president to ensure the chapter maintains required membership levels and submits reporting by deadline. Responsibilities entail acting on behalf of the president on all chapter business in his absence, assuming charge of the PetroBowl committee and request periodic reports from society committee chairpersons.
Tabarak Abdulhussein
Responsible for recording meeting minutes, storing and distributing responsibilities of the board of directors within the chapter. Handles any and all required documentation (except signatures) by the advising office at the university from officers or committees.

Treasurer
Ali Al-Abssi
Responsible for collecting and allocating the chapter’s finances. Constructs a specific allocation of budget that allows the board to get involved in international conferences, market the chapter locally and regionally in addition to facilitating for the semester’s events. Prepares a financial statement for the president’s annual activity report.
Publications & Technology Officer
Nikolayevich Dela Rosa
Responsible for enhancing exposure of the organization through public advertising and newsletter editing. Works on improving the technological tools that provide accessibility to the SPE local chapter. Handles brochures, posters, event-emails and works with secretary to update social media pages with meeting minutes as well as record photographic evidence of meetings and events.
Membership Officer
Mohamed Idris
Ensure all members are recruited and retained annually. Responsible for refining the society’s outreach to increase participation in SPE related conferences and events. Key in raising awareness to all new or keen students about the benefits of signing up for our local chapter and reiterating the importance of joining the society.
